Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting & scheduling interviews with stakeholders.
- Experience in sourcing both IT and non-IT (mainly sales) profiles. International hiring/understanding market is a big plus.
- Handled end-to-end Recruitment
- Providing smooth experience to all potential candidates and onboarding them
- Good experience in sourcing candidates through various sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, social media, Github, Stack Overflow, Naukri etc. and leveraging the internet, including social and professional networking sites to identify the right candidates
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for frequently hired roles within assigned group.
- Database Management
- Initiating employee engagement activities
- Knowledge of PMS, L&D is a bonus
Requirements
